BUMPER HIRING FOR ISRAEL IN INDIA

A senior official of Israel Builders Association has given this information on Wednesday (24 Jan).
“We will start the process in Delhi and Chennai next week on December 27,” said Shay Puzner, deputy director general and spokesperson of the Israel Builders Association. At present we will take 10,000 people with the approval of the government and in future the number will increase to 30,000. This process may take months.

All of them will contribute to the post-war reconstruction in Israel. These selected skilled workers will get a salary of Rs 1 lakh 37 thousand per month. Free accommodation and transportation to the site will also be provided. These people will serve in Israel for three years.
Under the agreement between the Government of India and the Government of Israel, skilled artisans of plastic work, ceramic tiles, building framework and iron welding are going abroad after testing. The team from Israel had tested them.

Deal was made between India and Israel
Israel had already made a deal to call workers from India. Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen visited India in May. Then an agreement was reached between the two countries, according to which 42,000 Indian workers will go to Israel, out of which 34,000 will work in the construction field. Israel's construction market will be new for Indians. Israel already wanted to replace Palestinian workers with foreign workers.
In Aliganj ITI, Lucknow, a team of experts from Israel had taken skill test of more than 7000 workers. In which 5020 workers have been selected. In this, 913 workers have been selected for plastering, 323 for tiles fitting, 1608 for framework and 1316 for welding.
530 youth of Haryana will go to Israel. In the recruitment process of 10 thousand workers in Israel, 1370 candidates had applied, out of which only 530 could get the ticket to Israel. Their tickets have been arranged by the Israel Builders Association.
This recruitment drive in Haryana was organized in Rohtak from 16 to 20 January. Now the government is again preparing to conduct such recruitment through Haryana Skill Employment Corporation.
Chief Minister Manohar Lal himself has announced about these recruitments. About 5600 people from Uttar Pradesh and Haryana have been selected in the recruitment drive run by National Skill Development Corporation International (NSDC). This recruitment in Israel is for jobs like bar bender (one who bends iron bars), mason (mason), tiles-marble mason, shuttering carpenter (carpenter). In which there will be a monthly salary of Rs 1.37 lakh along with medical insurance, food and accommodation. These candidates will also be given a bonus of Rs 16,515 every month.
There will be no compromise on the safety of workers."
He said that a list of about 16 thousand people is being prepared for this. After which they will be shortlisted. There is no demand for women workers right now. But one thing we want to make clear is that there will be no compromise on the safety of our labor brothers. We will send our workers to Israel only at 0% risk.
The Cabinet Minister said during the conversation that there are two main centers in the country dealing with such topics related to Israel and India. One in the capital Delhi and the other in Chennai. In the coming time, we are also preparing to open a center in Uttar Pradesh and soon there are preparations to open it in Lucknow or Kanpur of Uttar Pradesh. National Skill Development Corporation will also provide insurance benefits to the selected workers. Each worker will have health insurance of Rs 10 lakh.
